JKWin accounts are for the personal, recreational use of the registered account holder only. You may not use your account on behalf of any third party, organisation, or syndicate. Professional gambling operations, systematic arbitrage betting, or use of any automated wagering system are prohibited.
To open an Account, you must complete the JKWin registration form, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

JKWin accepts deposits via multiple payment channels available to Malaysian users, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin). The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
All deposit methods must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits from payment methods not owned by the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed or forfeited.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts held in the name of the registered JKWin account holder. JKWin reserves the right to request documentation confirming payment method ownership prior to processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary by payment channel; DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically completed within minutes during business hours.

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. JKWin is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") are offered at JKWin's sole discretion and are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements applicable to each promotion. General Bonus terms applicable to all promotions include:
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each Bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x Wagering Requirement requires a total of RM 2,000 in eligible bets before withdrawal is permitted.
JKWin reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: wagering on both sides of an outcome using multiple accounts, placing bets that deliberately circumvent bonus wagering conditions, or using bonuses in a systematic manner inconsistent with normal recreational betting activity.
JKWin reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets accepted erroneously due to system errors, incorrect odds, or manifest mistakes may be voided regardless of whether a result has been settled.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. JKWin reserves the right to apply personalised stake limits to any account where betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational play.
Bets may be declared void under the following circumstances: event cancellation or postponement; settlement error; use of incorrect odds; suspicious market movements; or any event that materially affects the integrity of the outcome. Void bets are refunded to the account balance in full.
Live (in-play) betting is available on selected markets. JKWin accepts no liability for any delay between events and the display of live odds due to internet latency or broadcast delay. Bets placed during a live event are subject to verification and may be voided if placed after the relevant outcome has occurred.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JKWin platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the JKWin Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, game titles, data feeds, and branding materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of JKWin or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.
Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from JKWin is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JKWin and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
JKWin does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to users in advance where reasonably practicable.

JKWin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Prior to account closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
Upon account termination — whether initiated by JKWin or the User — all pending bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited. Legitimate winnings and deposited funds (where KYC is complete and no prohibited activity is identified) will be returned to the account holder.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to JKWin's jurisdiction of licensure. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through JKWin's internal dispute resolution process, which can be initiated by contacting our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days of written notification, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall restrict either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court.
JKWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
